How to feel calm and in control

We are being asked at so many levels to remain calm in the current situation that is affecting billions of people. Here are some words to help you to understand how you can take control within yourself when factors in the external world are out of your control.

A new way to look at CALM.

Control. Work out what you are in control of and what you are not.

You are in control of your thoughts, words, and actions.

You are NOT in control, of the rest of the world and decisions that are being made that may or may not affect you, so let go of things that you can not console.

Accountability. What am accountable for in this and indeed any given situation.? How can I make a situation better?

Logic. There is always logic in a situation, even if you don’t agree with the logic as its doesn't align with you.

Mastery. How can I master this situation, what skills do I need? How can I learn to do things differently? What can I start doing, what can I stop doing what can I continue doing?

This is what CALM really means
