Help for those suffering with anxiety and stress during the Covid-19 pandemic

“If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs”
— Rudyard Kipling

We have put this video together to help you to stay resilient while we all go through these difficult times together. We are here to spread positivity and light to the world in the uncertain times we are living through.

We are here with no judgement, simply words of wisdom to calm and bring strength, balance, calm, endurance, to quell fear, stress and anxiety and to help you to keep your head.

This video is here to help you to cope while you are quarantined at home, showing solidarity with those who are still going about running our countries and keeping supplies moving, and in thanks to those who are treating the sick.

As the famous poem ‘If’, by Rudyard Kipling states “If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs” it will be of tremendous benefit not only to you, those all around you, your family and friends, colleagues, your society and in turn, the world.

We are all in this together, we are one.

Please share this to help us spread positivity now, while it’s most needed.

With many thanks to the video contributors: James Cheney, Deeana Garcia, Burak K, Nathan Cowley, Tuncay Kutlu, Aaron Burden, Free Creative Stuff, Naader Quin, Peggy Johnson, Philip Waikoloa, we are truly grateful for your generosity.
